Any Calisthenics program suggestion? I can't use the search textbox
Currently @ 91kg, 5'9".
Doctor didn't approve weightlifting and suggested doing calisthenic and cardio exercises to lose weight.
1. Can i build and cut muscles using these exercises?
2. By using this method, is weight loss, build and cut muscle slower than weightlifting?
3. Read at other forums the 1g protein/lb lean body mass. Will this macro requirement be the same for non-weightlifting exercises?
4. Read at weightlifting program a 3x/week routine. Can this program be done daily?
