Position: Sales Support Engineer
(with *20k Signing Bonus)

Level: Level G

Roles and Qualifications

Provide technical expertise and close sale opportunities as requested by the US SE (Sales Engineering) team. Present design support for local and wide area network designs. Take ownership of various sales engineering processes followed in the course of developing designs.

(1) Graduate of a 4 year or 5 year course; preferably an Engineering graduate in the field of Electronics and Communications or Computer Engineering

(2) 6 months to 1 year experience in a telecommunications/networking industry

(3) Extensive networking or technical support background



Position: Sales Support Engineer
Level: Level F-D

Roles and Qualifications:

Provide technical expertise to pursue and close sales opportunities as requested by the US SE team. Develop and deliver customer facing drawings, tables and documents as required. Following sufficient training, possess fundamental knowledge of the technical operation, pricing structure, service levels and key components in designated products: - Verizon wide area networking services such as Private IP, Virtual Private LAN Service, and Internet. Possess fundamental knowledge in WAN and LAN customer premises equipment such as routers & switches from Cisco, Juniper and other major suppliers


QUALIFICATIONS: 1 to 3 years experience in telecommunications. Basic to advanced knowledge of telecommunications concepts. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products; Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
