When I was still employed, about so many years ago (i started employment at 18) I always had this attitude of "OWNER" attitude. No I dont act like I OWN THE COMPANY...but I feel I am part owner of whatever I do. Example, I started as a Janitor...I was doing my job and functioning as if I own the assignment given to me. Little did I know, THAT IT IS A VERY GOOD ATTITUDE! I worked as if I am the owner...so i made sure everything is PERFECTED...cleaning...following instructions, errands etc. I just worked with energy and excitement....and you know what happened...in that agency where I work...i had promotions after promotions...until I got a supervisory position...and everything else was history. Transferred to bigger and better companies with higher ranks. Now I am part of a global online marketing program wherein I act as a director. See where that little "ownership" attitude can bring you?Hope this helps...

Dapat maganda ang relasyon mo sa boss mo pati na rin sa colleagues mo... Importante rin yan...
actually tama lahat yung mga good points of above mentioned....downside of it is if yung company na pinagtatrabahuan mo ay walang budget para mag hire pa ng permanent empleyado kaya hanggang casual employee lang talaga ang kaya nila . pero kung magaling ang supervisor /manager mo na mag justify to make you a permanent employee para makapag create sila ng budget para sa compensation package mo then all good ....bottomline depende sa financial situation ng organization

Naalala ko yung isang office na napasukan ko. Yung girl na ka-level ko ng position ay hindi naman magaling (na tulad ko, waheehee). Pero ang lakas niya sa boss namin. Feeling ko nga may relasyon sila. Kasi yung mga ibang gamit sa office na nawawala gaya ng electric fan o AVR ng computer ay nasa bahay pala nila with consent from our boss.
