    regarding traffic? hindi naman ba traffic sa location? hindi ba bumabaha? wala naman active fault line? maganda ang supply ng tubig? sorry kung ang daming tanong ah.. thanks.

    As of now there are 3 major route to the site, 2 coming from coastal road, 1 coming from Alabang through skyway.

    Route 1: is through Aguinaldo Highway,
    It's the shortest way to the site comming from coastal road, however theres minor to medium traffic on some part of Imus due to the Maynilad.

    Route 2: is through Cavitex, which is a longer road than Aguinaldo but has no traffic.

    Route 3: is you can take sky way or slex from makati to reach Alabang, then from Alabang theres the Daang Hari Road, from there it will lead straight to the site.

    Upcoming Route 4: After Coastal road, through centenial road, there will be a road there connecting to Daang Hari.
    In the future this will be the fastes route to the site.

    Faultline and Flood: before Ayala chooses a property for they assure that the project location as well as the surrounding area is not affected by this.

    Water supply is as of now deepwell, there will be 3 water tanks, 1 for each sector to ensure equal and continuos water distribution for all.

    like the twin pod estimate of 900k all in times two 1.8m
    and twin homes estimate total of 1.4m all in times two at 2.8m

    monthly ammortization of units is at 7k to 14k a month
