bat mo naman natanong? kung first time mong pumunta sa US, why so pessimistic? kung clean intention ka naman why worry? kung previously nakapunta ka na ng states pero violated your visa (b2 na nagwork, overstay, etc) e wag ka na magrisk going there kase ma-A to A ka lang.. not unless you apply a new visa to overcome your violations..
simple lang yan, get interview by CBP officer, pag may nasilip, secondary interview, pag nacheck may violation, tingin ko sasabihan ka you're not allowed to enter american soil so book your own next flight back, or kung tingin mo you're not violating anything, labanan mo sa immigration court..
may nakasabay akong babae noon sa LA. di ko alam kung ano nangyari basta pinatingnan yung bag nya sa immigration tapos may nakita atang kopya ng resume nya. ayun, airport to airport. narinig ko pa yung babae sabi nya, "I'm a businesswoman in the Philippines!" Hmm. Negosyante na may dalang resume? hehehe
may kaibigan ako, pabalik balik us.. wala naman talaga balak mag work sa us., talaga lang ma-ere, sa us daw niya gusto mag nclex..
ayun nakita may reviewr siya nclex.. ayun airport to airport siya
Airport to Airport (A to A) can happen to anyone, kahit sa mga mayayaman at sanay nang bumiyahe -- thus it is a valid cause for worry. Si Robina Gokongwei nga na A to A from Shanghai, China. Ngek.
And because of that China experience, natakot siyang ma A to A from USA, and she had to prepare herself for such a scenario:
Read more hereUS Immigration had forgotten to detach my I-94 form during my last trip to the US in July last year when I attended the weddings of my two sisters in Hawaii. Does this mean that my name could still be on TNT status since July 2003?
My travel agent said that I may have problems when I arrive in the US.
I told her that I was just sent back (not deported, as my lawyer husband insisted) by China a few days back, and now the US? If this happens I would surely be tagged as a terrorist and not simply a careless traveller who didn’t check her visa before she travelled.
She suggested that I bring a file of documents as proof that I really returned to the Philippines, like xeroxed copies of my passport, plus bank statements, credit card statements and plane tickets going all the way back July 2003. I brought two sets, just in case, and they were not light at all. I kept one set in my check-in luggage just in case I lost my hand-carry, and kept one set in my hand-carry in case I lost my luggage. She also said she would pray that I don’t get deported. It was THAT bad.
I arrived in the US with my heart in my mouth, ready to be detained for questioning but not that ready to be asked to take the next flight back to the Philippines.
