FAMILY REUNIONS: Gaanong kahirap mag-organize nito sa Pilipinas?

Tinatamad na ako mag-search via Google (sira pa rin search function dito as I type this) kung meron nang similar na thread sa forum na ito, and my situation is unique, kaya I have to pass it on to you...

Genealogist ako ng mga apelyido ng mga lolo at lola ko (do any other PExers do this as their hobby?), at keen ako sa mga reunion na mangyayari in the near future.

    3. At least 50% of the living population of the clan in the Philippines should be present

I also have to consider those living abroad, kaya my plans for family reunions of my surname are split into two distinct dates: 1) yung para nasa Pilipinas at 2) para nasa mga U.S./Canada.

Distant relatives are practically strangers. (By distant o malayo, I mean yung hindi pa nagkakilala o nagkakitaan man lang.)

At isa pa, you must give a reason or some sort of a benefit why your relatives should attend the reunion.

On the other hand, since humingi ka na ng tulong dito, why not allow us also to inform your relatives about your plan? But of course, you must reveal your personal info here.
