Prohibiting cross-dressing is different from prohibiting specific articles of clothing. The fisherfolk and baseball cap analogies are invalid unless only specific groups of people are prohibited from wearing the said articles.

I'm for gay rights kaya lang rules ay rules. Yung bar may certain market of people at in this case yung mga regular crowd yung gusto nilang i-maintain. May mga bars naman na open sa gays. Dun na lang sila. Kung i-aallow nila yun, baka umalis naman yung mga regular clubbers dun. Kahit ako parang uneasy ako pag may katabi akong crossdresser. Eh club nga yun para mag-enjoy.
