  • When to reserve: As soon as you get your e-voucher.
  • Provide voucher serial numbers and flight details upon reservation.
  • Reserve in advance: At least 14 days of travel date
  • On Arrival: Present voucher and IDs upon arrival at the pickup point.


Reservation Policy:

  • First Come, First Serve. If preferred date is booked, next available date will be offered.
  • Rooms are subject to availability.
  • A maximum of 40 vouchers per day will be accommodated during peak season.
  • Voucher is good for 2 persons; accommodation is good for 2 to 4 and tour package for a group of 4 or more. Form your own group of 4 or arrange with tour operator to be included in other tour groups.
  • The tour operator reserves the right to reschedule tour, omit certain portions of the tour, or choose alternate locations due to rough weather conditions.
  • No partial refund to persons who are physically unable to join all tour activities.
  • Child Policy: Up to 2 children 7 years and below may be accommodated and are free of charge (hotel room only). The total cost of vacation package remains at P6000.
  • Extra Night: Regular Rates apply and paid directly to hotel
  • Extra Pax: Regular Rates apply and paid directly to tour operator


Cancellation Policy:

  • Request for change in schedule must be made 7 days of pre-booked date, to avoid forfeiture of voucher.
  • Buyer agrees with the Refund Policy.
  • No show: Voucher is forfeited.
