    Residential Vacancy Forecast

There is great increase in the number of emerging condominium units in the Philippines. In the last quarter of 2014 or 2015, do you think there will a decline in the number of condo ownership?

Today, the upwardly mobile indulge by purchasing a designer outfit, buying a sports car or escaping for a Boracay/ Palawan getaway is modified by just staying home in a comfortable and convenient space (house and lot or condominium).

I believe that condo acquisition will expand, and more people will desire to live/ invest in one.

Right, and it becomes more realistic that ever. People have more quality living time in their spaces. They have multiple accesses to almost everything in the metro, which makes it satisfying and convenient. Also, they get to enjoy amenities such as pools, gym, gardens, etc. without a worry of security and maintenance. Condos are here to stay.

Condos are really here to stay. Isa pa, they are perfect sanctuary for the whole family to bond and relax while at the same time, enjoy what the city has to offer: entertainment and commercial hubs, institutions, schools, churches, hospitals, etc. Just like I, who resides at Cypress Towers here in Taguig, a DMCI Homes development. Isang sakay lang at nasa famous, busy at ricg district ka na ng Makati, where all other skyscrapers are located. Proud ako sa decision ko tumira sa condo at mag- invest sa DMCI Homes.

carlamontoya, what a small world after all. Sa Cypress lang din ako nakatira. We're ultimate neighbors. We should have coffee sometimes sa sky lounge. Have you been there? You should see the view at night? Ang ganda ng Manila skyline. May bago palang developments ang DMCI Homes. Check them out here: http://www.dmcihomes.com/project-portfolio.php Nagpa- reserve na nga ako sa Zinnia Towers, Quezon City.

Really? Wow! I should catch you sometimes there. Madalas ako sa gym. We could be gym buddies. Yes, I've checked those already and you had actually made a good decision in buying in Zinnia Towers. Although, I have been eyeing for The Amaryllis. Sa Quezon City lang din siya.

This has also been a thought of mine. That people would be more particular in the investments that they make. And condo acquisition is always part of the list, since most people nowadays stay in the metro for either work or for pursuit of leisure and relaxation. Just like me who happened to purchase one from The Amaryllis, a DMCI Homes development located in Quezon City. I can’t wait for next year. December 14 is its turnover date.
