you have a point though. just doing a quick speed test will tell you how far we are behind. eh ano nga namang silbi ng pag-improve ng infrastructure kung pang facebook lang naman?

naiinis nga ako sa kapatid ko kasi sobrang tagal bago makapag upload ng pics pag may okasyon sa amin. tapos pag may sinisend akong videos, hindi nila mapanood nang matino. napakaunreliable naman ng internet sa atin.

kumusta kaya yung skype conference call ni pappus last month.

pansin ko sa skype, maganda yung picture na nakikita ko pero malabo daw yung nare-receive. i also tried skyping abroad. same. madalas blurry yung nakukuha kong video. it makes sense. yung internet namen mataas yung receive, mababa yung send rate. ganyan yung sakit ng mga ISP sa pilipinas...
