They have given me a job offer already but I'm having second thoughts because Makati is really quite far from where I live. I'm weighing my options at the moment. I have a friend who will start working on Monday.
If ever I would except their offer, I'm going to start last week of June. That's why I'm currently sorting out my priorities. :/

It's a bit okay if you don't have any experience. The salary what I asked for is at best, can be afford by multinational companies but you don't expect the same range in small to medium size companies. From what I can see, the advantage for working in these small firms is you can learn a lot from them since you will handle all processes. If you are willing to sacrifice some financial perks for future development and growth, firms like these are okay.

But if you are after financial advantages, you have to get into multinational companies since they (sometimes) are more than willing to give you what you asked for.

Sabagay may point ka po sir. halos parehas lang ba ang experienced na makukuha ko when it comes to audit? gsto ko din kase na if ever hindi ako makapasok sa mga aaudfirm ay macompensate un ng salary. ganun
