One thing I've noticed here is that fast food service is sooooo damn slow. Bakit ang daming daming request ng mga Pinoy? at bakit ang bagal bagal kumilos mga server? Also ang bagal din kumilos yun mga tao.

Miss, lagyan mo ng sauce yun kain
Miss, damihan mo yun rice ha
Miss, dagdagan mo pa yun ulam ko

then the server will take her time padahan dahan mag serve not caring the line is very very long.

May mga iba pa nakipag chikahan pa kasi reg customer na sila and yun mga tao naman sa likod nila walang pake or nahihiya sabihin na tama na yun chikahan...


If you are in a foreign country canteen, do you ever tells the server to add more to your food? do you see the server moving in a slow pace?

pinoy wala talaga concept of how important time is... ganun ba karami idle time ng karamihan na tao dito? It's very irritating!!

I don't see anything wrong with what they are doing. The best servers builds rapport with their customers, and if a business wants to differentiate itself to other businesses-they need to offer something better--and that's a great customer experience.

Hey, you may not like their service, but I'd rather go to a restaurant where the employees don't get so "rushed', and are given time to connect with their customers, than those employees who work as if they are in an assembly line.

Fast food employees, like department store sales ladies, are on a 5 month contract with no potential for career advancement. That is why they are unmotivated. They never stay in the same job long enough to develop their skills either.

there is a diff w/ talking to customer and chitchatting for more than 2 mins about boyfriends, family life at eto yun lagi ko naririnig
