I can't really say who among the 2 is the better player although many would agree that Manuel is the more hyped of the 2 owing to his PBA DL MVP. Ramos' game went unnoticed for the past year after having a great stint with Smart Gilas. IMO, he struggled in his last year with FEU and had no impact whatsoever with the Patriots in the ABL. Although I understand his situation back at AirAsia coz he was at a position where non-ASEAN imports dominate.
Hmmmmmmmmm. Sure time flies fast...and within such short span, a lot of changes happened. Ramos was one of the better local players of Smart Gilas when they joined the PBA in 2 separate ocassions in the past. I can vividly remember some posts from fans wanting Ramos to be drafted by their team one day. After a year or 2, Ramos is just a YDO version 2.
Back to your question... I guess it will depend on the team that can squeeze the best from the players. Manuel fits a free-rein system that gives freedom to its player to do their stuff on the court like for example Rain or Shine. Ramos, on the other hand who is more rangy will benefit from a more structured, disciplined system like he had with Toroman in the National team.
^ mukhang di na namin aabutin si Pascual sa 2nd round sir loofee.....pero sana maabutan pa namin sayang sya, bilib ako sa shooting nito...
You should be more optimistic. There are only 2 teams picking before BMEG uses its 2nd pick in the draft (12th)...these are Global Port and Air21. Mikee Romero's new team might pick a bigman preferably a 4 who can they pair with Al-Hussaini in the frontcourt. Rey Guevarra acquitted himself well after his transfer to Powerade and the coaching staff might entrust the starting job to him. Sean Anthony can also start for them although he's more of a twinner than a pure SF. Air21 is likelier to pick Pascual before BMEG. That team needs a lot of retooling. They don't have a big time scorer which Pascual will dutifully fill up. But the Express also need help on the frontline. They have one of the smallest and shallowest frontcourt in the league. It will depend which of the 2 needs will Air21 address 1st. If Air21 opt to pick a bigman, BMEG should nab Pascual without hesitation. Petron is also rumored to having discussions with Air21 on the possibility of sending "The Ninja" back to coach Franz Pumaren's lap. If that's the case, a need for scorer is eased.
This.
Yousef should've stayed in college for 1 more year. 1st round pick for sure next year. About the "not talented" part naman, he's talented yun nga lang parang mababa pa basketball IQ. Pero pwede reason nun kasi he played SF sa states dati, siguro nag aadjust pa kasi he's used as a 5 dito. Kaya another year in college would've worked wonders for his game.
WHO in the right frame of mind would pick Hodge and TAHA over Fajardo and possibly Hodge/Tiu/Abueva for Petron's First and third overall pick.
I'd like to know and why?
Salamat po!

I wanna get owned so please respond "POGI"

dapat naman talaga sa ginebra yun 7th pick at sa ROS yun 8th. sa tatlong conferences dalawang conferences dun yun mas nilamangan ng ROS yun ginebra. tinalo ng ROS yun ginebra sa all filipino nung quarter finals (mas malayo yun narating nila sa all filipino) . then yun huling conference nag champion pa yung ROS. sa isang conference lang mas malayo yun narating ng ginebra kesa sa ROS.
Brader sa Ginebra talaga mapupunta yung 7th pick sa first round bali 6 and 7 pick sila. Alin sunod iyan sa team performance for three conferences. Maganda ang performance ng Rain or Shine for two conferences and recently bagging the 3rd conference championship.
