Yes, for me, its just a 4-5 player deep draft. Im not saying wala nang kwenta yung ibang applicants, but masyado malayo ang Talent level nina Junmar Fajardo, Calvin Abueva, Cliff Hodge, Chris Ellis, Vic Manuel &/or Chris Tiu if ever mag apply siya.

Petron will have the opportunity to draft any 2 from Fajardo, Abueva, Hodge, & Ellis depending on the outcome of the lottery.

Those 4 players will give the most IMPACT among others in the PBA.

They should just trade other "Pa-Superstar/Stubborn" players on their lineup for future picks so the team could still vie for the services of other marquee amateurs like Slaughter, Kiefer Ravena, Ray Parks, Chris Banchero & Stanley Pringle.

Maybe the PBA can adapt this rule to counteract the alleged selling of draft picks by Air 21 and Barako Bull. That is, of course, the big conglomerates agree to this rule change.

For the record, I DO NOT think that the commissioner favors the SMC or any other team for that matter. What I do doubt is the SMC, MVP, and Lina camp agreeing to this rule since these are the teams that profit from the trades.
