One thing I've always followed is that if I'm already sleepy enough that what I'm studying is not "going in," then I stop and take a short nap. I find it pretty pointless to keep on going when you've reached the point when words and concepts are just swirling in your head and not making any sense. A 15-, 20- or even 30-minute nap is far more beneficial than spending that time in trying to cram everything in.
None! Skimping on your sleep is the way to fail in your exam and gain that weight. Sleep deprivation causes tiredness and lack of concentration and would severely affect your studies. It is also what is causing your weight gain because sleep deprivation will jack up your appetite and slow down your metabolism.
The best way to pass that certification is the still the basic regimen -- regular and sufficient sleep, healthy food, and regular exercise. When you sit down for your studies, you will be sharp and crisp and quick.
normal lang po pahinga pag na iinformation overload
kasi 20% of our energy is used by the brain
eto rin problem ko. After work pagod na ko kaya no time to study.Maybe kailangan ko lang ng time management. Kailangan ko pa kasi magpahinga for my workout before I study.

There is no replacement for sufficient sleep; no vitamins, anti-stress supplements or nutrients can make up for lost sleep. If you are losing sleep due to studying, then you are defeating your purpose because sleep deprivation drastically reduces your cognitive capability (studying effectiveness). Animal studies showed that sleep deprivation could kill animals in just a matter of eleven days! We could not test humans, of course, but if you continue losing sleep then you might become a test subject on this issue.
Sleep deprivation can make a person fat. It produces a host of many serious diseases, diabetes is just one of them. For susceptible individuals, sleep deprivation can cause serious psychological diseases (that is why it is the favorite technique in tortures).
For optimum health, one should have sufficient sleep. How does one know what is sufficient? If you feel sleepy during the day, you lacked sleep.
Noong estudyante pa ako, pagkauwi ng bahay, iidlip ako bago mag-aral. para refreshed ang utak ko.
Mas mahirap na yata mag aral ngayon kasi ang daming distraction (internet, FB), kaya TS,make use of your study time well. time management is very important so you can have enough sleepwhile getting things done
