Sure nurses can do medical billing and coding but not with that salary. I think your figure is US-based.

Also, try other healthcare-related fields like public health/community development, NGO's dedicated to health advocacy (like AIDS Society, etc), research scientist, and even call centers but with RN role (like the one on this subforum advertising for USRN).

And if you have the resources, pursue non-nursing but health-related graduate studies (MPH, Health Informatics, Health Social Science, etc).

Maging nurse diabetologist. Yung professor ko, yun ang pangarap daw niya, magtayo ng center, wherein pwedeng mag cater sa mga diabetics, kumbaga all in one center for them, na nurses ang main cast.

Sa GWI Business solutions dito sa makati, samin ang tawag nila sa position is sports analyst, sa bayview risk analyst, 43rd floor ng rcbc, madami dito sa makati, para saken lang ah, mas ok siya kesa sa call center kung malalayo ka rin naman sa nursing, dati rin kasi ako sa call center eh, aside from the fact that being an online bookie is not as stressful compared sa pagtake in ng calls, they have better perks, and they definitely have better bonuses... at same din naman ng monthly pay sa call center... last time na nakareciv ako ng Chinese New Year bonus ko plus profit sharing almost 6digits din naman.. di na masama diba? wala namang ganun sa call center eh.. samin nga lang as of now, wala pa hiring... november na din kasi eh.. baka next year na ulit..

Marami pa dito sa makati but I cant remember the names of the companies... other than being a bookie, if you have the face( I mean "A VERY PRETTY FACE" with good height at least 5'6) pwede ka samin mag online gaming model, pero sa 31st floor ng burgundy corporate tower ka magapply, ang alam ko open kami for that position..
and of course, this position pays WAY BETTER than mine, especially if you have modeling exp.. mababa ang 30k... may mga umaabot ng 6digits and mga model dito..nung nagwork dito samin si sharmel de asis, i wonder how much her monthly salary is...
