I happen to invest in Zinnia Towers and I am proud of my decision. However, can you explain further the Lumiventt Design Technology that was infused in the building? Thank you.

Thank you for the brief yet detailed explanation. I've been wanting to know about it too. All I know is its function: allowing ambient lighting and fresh air to permeate the building. This feature, aside from all the other good things about the project, is what I liked the most.

I have found a listing of the same property. And I say that even in basic information provided, it already captured my senses. Zinnia Towers is a lovely home to live in. I might be getting a unit there. Here's the listing's link: http://bahaytalaan.ph/index.php?acti...listingID=9815

I went to the link you've provided. And I readily saw the club house. It actually has one. Wow! That excites me, not because I'm fond of chips and all, but I love some leisure time. I could even bring my dad here. I'm sure his face will lit up. DMCI Homes sure does know how to keep their residents, not only enjoy the goodness of living, but also entertained.

Zinnia Towers is surely a one to wait. This is in Quezon City, right? This only means that if I will be residing in this, come a day, Trinoma and SM North Edsa are within reach. That would be so trouble- free. Going to malls nowadays, especially to go buy for food and other necessities is difficult. You have to battle against the heat and stress of travelling. Good thing, this development is set to rise in here.

It definitely is. Actually, every DMCI Homes' new development is. I happen to also like The Amaryllis, which is also set to rise in the same area. I believe that both possesses resort- inspired communities equipped with complete amenities, security and maintenance services.

Marygracedatuin, I’ve already availed a unit in Zinnia Towers, as it suits perfectly my lifestyle. My sister, however, is seeking for other developments in the area, do you think The Amaryllis would be a good choice?

Does The Amaryllis also have DMCI Homes signature feature, Lumiventt Design Technology? Also, what community theme does it posses?
