Natapos ko na ang book 1. LOL. Oo nga, sa sobrang redundant niya at paulit-ulit lang siya ng sinasabi, ang boring na tuloy. Ewan ko ba, ang bagal ng storya pare-pareho lang naman ginagawa nila. Pero tatapusin ko buong series sige.

I agree. Parang pilit na pilit and her vocab isn't that much impressive. I also ended up being so annoyed with the two main characters (especially Anastasia. which is weird because sometimes I identify myself with her - brown hair, pale skin, smart mouth. She's just a lot younger and inexperienced)

Finishing Fifty Shades of Grey was a pain in the arse. I almost gave up when I was halfway through the book but decided to continue so I could mark it as "read" on Goodreads

The book has a very weak plot. Like if you stopped reading it for an hour or so, you would find it hard getting back at it again coz there's nothing much to expect save for mindless effing. And the supporting characters are so one-dimensional! I sometimes wonder if they're just placed as an afterthought.

Yes and what about that email banter? It's too cheesy in a very bad way, not cute at all. Honestly. I can do better than that. And her 'pornographic' writing can get old. I catch myself cringing and just skim through when they're about to go at it again.

Reading it feels like I'm listening to my shallow, sex-starved, annoying teenage sister whining about her lovelife non-stop. Her lovelife doesn't warrant a book for pete's sake. Did I say I identify myself with Ana? I take it back.

Anyhow, I'm on book 2.
