Wanted: 30+ Technical Support Agents
Starting salary: 22,000 per month
Meal Allowance: 1,500 per month
Transpo Allowance: 1,500 per month
Performance Bonus: 4,000 per month (conditions apply, top 20% agents)
Overtime: 125%
VL: 12 per year [all VLs are convertible to cash, available after 6 mos]
SL: 8 per year [all SLs are convertible to cash, available after 6 mos]
EL: 3 per year [non-convertible to cash, available after 6 mos]
HMO: Medicard given on the 7th month, free 1 dependent upon 1 year of tenure
Australian account so Day shift. An in-house call center. Alot of oppurtunities for growth.
Purely Technical Support. No upselling and no billing concerns.
Requirements:
- At least 6 months Call Center Experience is a must
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in IT / Computer related course
- Can troubleshoot Internet connection, browser issue and emails or other IT related technology
- Good English verbal communication skills including active listening
- Familiarity with Computer Networking, Dial-up and ADSL internet connection is preferred
- Experience in operating network equipment such as ADSL and dial-up modems, routers, firewalls, proxy servers is preferred but not required
Location: Emerald Ave., Ortigas Pasig City
