Thank you, Ray, for making me understand the lyricism and science behind my imagination--no matter how trivial it has been.

    Rest in prose.

    RIP

Learned about him from my Science Fiction fanatic boyfriend, read Fahrenheit 451 and never looked back since.. Thank you.
Whenever I see his books though, this song comes to mind.. a tribute by Rachel Bloom

I'm a really big fan of Ray Bradbury's. Especially when it comes to his short stories -the full length works are always a little full of language and too thick for me but even then, I could see how imaginative Bradbury's works are. I used to think I'd grow up a writer like him.

I didn't of course, but I'm grateful that I had someone like him to look up to. My he rest in peace.
