as catholics we did not feel the love. church is all about brotherhood. that was the original intent. its how the christian church grew.

How do we know that that is the pattern of worship given by Jesus. Compare our masses to Jewish worship, it is very similar. Remember Jesus attended the synagogue when He was on earth.
where in the bible did it give such pattern? there is only singing and the breaking of bread and drinking of wine in there. which every christian sect is doing.

All organizations, whether religious or not, are composed of sinners and saints. The church (who is guided by the holy spirit, led by an infallible pope, who is the vanguard of morality, etc) should be better than that.

Sabi nga sa Bible "We live by Faith and not by sight". Ito naman ang sinasabi sa mga doubtful.

    James 1:5-7
5 If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you. 6 But when you ask, you must believe and not doubt, because the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind. 7 That person should not expect to receive anything from the Lord. 8 Such a person is double-minded and unstable in all they do.

ika nga eh "give everything the benefit of the doubt". huwag basta basta maniniwala!
miski sarili mo huwag laging paniwalaan. kasi walang taong perpekto. always be open to better ideas.

    I know. Ive been there.

but i cant go back. once sight has been opened its impossible to live by pure faith again. believe me, i tried.

Ton you have to understand that even if the Holy Spirit was sent by Jesus, the Holy Spirit was/is to guide the church not individual people. We all still have our own free will, kaya kahit na miyembro ka ng true church na Catholic church, the salvation of the soul still depends on each of us, not from being a member of the true church.

Yung accusation na nag-abuse ang Catholic church big time is not completely true. In those times as was explained before, the church and the state were so intertwined thus whatever the state government did, it was also blamed on the church.

Through out history, during the heyday of the Roman empire, when slaves were made as game with animals in the coliseums, it was the Catholic saints who stood up against the government of Rome and told them it was not right to make man a bait to those wild animals. The Catholic church has contributed immensely to taming abusive governments too. Up to now, that is what the church is doing, reminding governments what is moral and immoral. That is actually what the Catholic church has been doing though it has received all kinds of ridicule but the church has always stood its ground on morality even though other religion had succumbed to the dictates of the new culture. Tell me what other religion has been ridiculed so bad compared to the Catholic church but the church through out history did not change to appease a king or a queen or a government?

    Joke of the Century:

"I hope you can forgive the Catholic Church for what happened to you, I hope and pray that in the end you’ll come to understand the bishops and priests." said Tobias, obviously referring to the major role the late Cardinal Jaime L. Sin played in the 2001 People Power revolt that drove Estrada from Malacañang.

Hindi nakatiis, nandamay na ng iba...

Parang si ex-CJ Corona lang ang style... Sorry na lang siya, si FYM, backed up by prophecies. It is the so-called Church Fathers and Popes and their minions ang talagang dillusional, and these die-hard Catholics are even too closed-minded to notice the many unbiblical doctrines and practices in their church...

Stick to the topic, please. Veering away from it only shows your inability to defend your (unbiblical) faith...

"Man from the East".....milyones da'y ang man from the East na pwedeng mag-claim niyan.
