Need help guys...Thesis topic (Mass Communication)

Hello! Guys I need your help. I need a serious topic for my thesis proposal that dwells on Mass Communication. I currently taking up Master's Degree in Comm.

Nahihirapan na kasi ako makapag isip ng bagong topic sa dami ng theses na ginawa namin sa school, medyo nangangapa na ko ng ideas. I hope you guys could help me, please.

Maybe you could share me your bright ideas. I love films, baka may ideas kayo about that. Or anything that involves communication.

If you love films, why not do a thesis on translation, subtitling or captioning?

You may want to tweak it by considering the following:

1) Culture-based context
2) Socioeconomic context
3) Cultural decoding
4) Being lost in translation
5) Humor sourcing

Are you active here on PEx? why not write a thesis about these kinds of fora as an extension of traditional forms of mass media? Or maybe emphasize a certain subculture that can be found here in PEx?
