Sulitin ninyo ang bawat sentimong binibigay sa inyo ng mga magulang nyo habang nag-aaral pa kayo.
1. Beware of Peer Pressure. Wag kung saan saan kakain lalo na sa mga mura na, marumi pa. San ka pa!
2. Wag maniniwala basta basta na required ang isang book. Minsan joke lang or raket lang yan ng prof.
Just remember this:
The worst day in school is still better than the best day in the office.
Savor the experience, take whatever you can, inside or outside the classroom.
School will be the best part of your life. Cherish the moments you will have as you will become the faces of the future.
Modesty aside, not to brag or anything, since you dont know me, but take it from a passer of 3 board exams, all one take only,
1. Know your priorities, and one of it, is to study and get a degree, cut anything that will get in the way of this goal, friends, relationships, habits, etc.
2. Don't only study hard but study well, which means, its not enough that you read the books or the lessons, but you have to be tactful, ex.
find your profs references and textbooks,
challenge yourself by making self made quizzes or tests before the actual exam,
read in advance,
and dont come to school unprepared.
Good luck everyone.

more than the academic lessons, do not forget to study about manners.
Always, always attend your 1st class/1st day and don't forget to make friends! Sigurado kinabukasan, medyo bawas na ang kaba at excited kang makachika uli ang mga bagong kaibigan![]()
It's better to understand the subject than to cram for an exam only because the knowledge you gain is more permanent and it will help you throughout your life.
if you got laboratories, and money to spare, like if mayaman naman sila mama at papa,,
buy your own ingredients or materials, and practice before an actual practical,
in our case, during our cadaver practicals, we sneak into the laboratories where the cadavers are prior to the actual practical and we study the cadavers again, mahirap naman kasi tandaan ng one time mo lang makita yung internal body parts, lalo na yung muscle,
if your labs are locked, make pa cute to the laboratory technician to allow you to peak for at least half an hour and treat him to Wendy's or Mcdo later.![]()
Don't take your studies TOO seriously. I know it sounds counterintuitive but that's really one piece of advice I've always followed, and it has worked wonders for my grades and general academic life.

Thank you for participating !
As they say, Education is the sum total of what you remember. This adage might help while you're contemplating gorging on the next bottle of vodka or beer. I say make the most of your academic life but do remember to absorb the essentials, it will make your post-academic life bearable. And oh yeah there'll never be a reset button in life so better be sure while tumbling on the weed with your bf/gf lest you end up an unprepared parent.
