Thumbs up New Airline Rules as per Civil Aviation Board

Kapag nacancel libre yung food and accomodation. May cash kapag nadelayed.

    2) PH airlines' "non-refundable and non-rebookable" conditions for domestic flights will no longer apply starting June 15
    Published: Jun 1, 2012 - 8:57am

ABS-CBNNews.com reports that the Civil Aeronautics Board (CAB) "will implement its suspension orders on overbooking practices and the non-refundable and non-rebookable conditions on domestic flights starting June 15."

The report noted: "CAB Resolution 29 (BM3-05-11-2012) suspends the non-refundable and non-rebookable conditions of low-cost fares for domestic flights. Even if the passenger does not show up for the flight, the passenger’s fare will not be forfeited and will be considered as having voluntarily cancelled his flight, and is entitled to rebook or to a refund."

knowing the Philippines, specifically the government, maganda lang tong balitang to sa papel. sa tingin mo kakayanin ng airlines yan pag marami nagreklamo? alangan namang ipasara nila yan e maraming nag wowork dyan mahirap pa namang magkatrabaho dito.

Well, sometimes, the delay lies with the airport and runways. It's a bit unfair to assume that most of the delays are caused by the airlines.
