--- INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE ---
The International Business Development Executive is the core function of the business.
This position provides leadership and workmanship.
The ability to work independently and within the team concept. It is primarily a communications position and performs teleprospecting functions to companies across the globe.
It utilizes one’s skill in communicating professionally to various high-level corporate management executives to discuss business needs, solutions and
market focus and strategies as they introduce and educate the decision maker about the quality events our company offers.
IBDE’s are also responsible in collecting and recording information of companies who will participate on each event.
An effective IBDE requires clear communication, excellent organizational skills, and must be detail and goal oriented.
This position works in a fast paced environment on strict deadlines and must be able to handle tasks efficiently even under pressure.

18k starting package + Sky is the limit commissions!
24k Senior IDBE+Sky is the limit commissions!
30K Team Leader+Sky is the limit commissions!

2pm-11pm shift!;
Weekends off!

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Researching potential corporate companies, SME’s ( Small-Medium size Enterprises ) and Multinational companies around the globe to identify opportunities to participate on our event
Preparing detailed proposals and information for the events.
Deliver high quality business-to-business events with proactive as well as reactive approach to build a long-term & trusted relationship with the client base.
Take ownership and lead management role to bring the event project to success.
Effectively contact, communicate with senior level executives
Deliver a flawless customer service to sponsors/exhibitors and manage participation on each event.
Must be able to collaborate effectively with the global team.


SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

College degree
Outbound business-to-business phone marketing or sales experience preferred
Basic computer skills such as Microsoft Outlook and Window as well as typing skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to navigate corporate structures to identify decision makers and determine buying signals
Active listening skills
Ability to learn and think quickly
Ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive
