We specialize in full time, long term placement. We have part time jobs that becomes available every now and then. Part time job is defined as working 4hours/day on a fixed schedule (Monday to Friday) within the client's timezone. Most of our clients are from Australia so majority of our staff work from 7AM-4PM Manila time. If you'll be assign to our growing number of UK and US clients, then you'll have a night shift.

Remote Staff Inc. A Technology Company is looking for an in-house Recruitment Specialist who is versatile and proactive who can start with us ASAP!.

Must be willing to work Full-time from 8am-5pm local Manila time(Saturday-Sunday Off) and will be working on our office in MAKATI

Skill(s) / Requirements

• Must be quick enough to identify potential candidates and get excited by it.
• With good time management skills.
• Good research skills.
• Relevant work Experience in Recruitment either in IT/Marketing Firm or any BPO Industry is a must!
• Must be independent, responsible and resourceful enough to look for candidates.
• Must be fluent in English and amenable to work in our Makati Site.
• People oriented and willing to work in a fast paced environment.
• Must be open and willing to learn new ideas and interested to grow in our company and very eager to earn more.
• Willing to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Headhunting.
• Reading and classifying resume.
• Sourcing qualified candidates.
• Conducting In-depth Phone Interviews.
• Resource and background check, if needed.
• Reports and evaluation creation.
• Updating candidates and applicant with regards to the status of their application.
• Work closely with other recruiters in terms of strategies and implementation of current and new processes
• Facilitate the implementation and collaborate with the appropriate people in making sure that the strategies are well in place and running smoothly.
• Will do other task assigned by the Manager.
