The International Business Development Executive is the core function of the business.
This position provides leadership and workmanship.
The ability to work independently and within the team concept. It is primarily a communications position and performs teleprospecting functions to companies across the globe.
It utilizes one’s skill in communicating professionally to various high-level corporate management executives to discuss business needs, solutions and
market focus and strategies as they introduce and educate the decision maker about the quality events our company offers.
IBDE’s are also responsible in collecting and recording information of companies who will participate on each event.
An effective IBDE requires clear communication, excellent organizational skills, and must be detail and goal oriented.
This position works in a fast paced environment on strict deadlines and must be able to handle tasks efficiently even under pressure.
18k starting package + Sky is the limit commissions!!! 2pm-11pm shift!
Weekends off!
