In investing real estate property, what are the things you first decide on as a buyer?

When deciding on buying a property, I will have a look at the following:

1. Possible rental income vs mortgage repayment
2. Possible expenses for fixing it or touching up
3. LOCATION! If it is in a good location, chances are I will be holding onto the property for as long as possible

Property evaluation is a must. As a homebuyer, satisfaction and convenience would always comes first. And what best way to support the decision making is by being able to see what the property has to offer. Also, you need to consider your abilities, as well as time in determining the qualifications of a property for your purposes.

For me, this is some of my top priority in investing in real estate property.

1. In buying a condo in philippines, besides of location I do look on how the condo is being managed in that way I can see if the management is responsive or not.
2. The security features. Nobody wants to live in place where there life is always at risk so condo is the best place to live.
