When deciding on buying a property, I will have a look at the following:

    1. Possible rental income vs mortgage repayment
    2. Possible expenses for fixing it or touching up
    3. LOCATION! If it is in a good location, chances are I will be holding onto the property for as long as possible

Property evaluation is a must. As a homebuyer, satisfaction and convenience would always comes first. And what best way to support the decision making is by being able to see what the property has to offer. Also, you need to consider your abilities, as well as time in determining the qualifications of a property for your purposes.

For me, this is some of my top priority in investing in real estate property.

    1. In buying a condo in philippines, besides of location I do look on how the condo is being managed in that way I can see if the management is responsive or not.
    2. The security features. Nobody wants to live in place where there life is always at risk so condo is the best place to live.

For me location and price matters most. The price you pay for it should be worth it.

These are my top considerations when I bought a condo unit at Cypress Towers, Taguig City and when I reserved in Rhapsody Residences, a new development project of DMCI Homes.

    1. Budget
Knowing how much you have on hand, as well as how easy it would be for you to be approved for a loan, are very big factors in considering what property you can afford. Also, investing in real estate is a long-term commitment, which means that you have to be ready to continue the payments on it, mortgage and all.

    2. Location
This is one real estate mantra that you should never forget, especially because of its different implications. One is that, because real estate investment tends to be localized, a certain house for sale in one area may cost more than a house in another.

    3. Property condition
Determine if you think that you would benefit more from buying a new property or an older one.

    4. Legalities
The real estate business involves a lot of legal aspects. You need to understand the basic laws involved in real estate investments.
