Responsibilities:

• Outbound sales & phone surveys for Financial Services client
• Provide consistent, superior service to every customer
• Handle reports on excel
• Provide confident telesales/ appointment setting customer service and up selling skills
• Fully conversant with Australian & UK speakers
• Proficient grammar and communication abilities
• Work in a team player environment
• Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly in challenging environment
• Call Center experience/background is required with Australian & UK speakers
• Good Computer Skills
• Get along with co workers and respect towards management

Requirements:

• Required language(s): English. Australian & UK accents are preferred
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent
• Must have completed at least 2 years of College-level education
• Amenable to working at daytime beginning at 8am onwards
• Must be willing to work in Makati
• Highly motivated, driven and full of initiative
• Must be a fast-learner with high adaptability
• Good attendance record
