Entrance Exam Fees for Philippine Colleges and Universities

Hello guys! Magpapatulong lang po sana ako. Working student po ako serving as a blogger for an independent website about Philippine colleges and universities. I'd like to ask kung sino po nakakaalam kung kailan exempted ang student sa pagbayad ng testing fee (or kahit pagtake ng entrance exam) in the following schools:

Adamson University
Assumption College
Centro Escolar University
College of the Holy Spirit, Manila
DLS-CSB
Lyceum of the Philippines University
Miriam College
Philippine Normal University
Philippine School of Business Administration
Polytechnic University of the Philippines
San Beda College
San Sebastian College
St. Scholastica's College
Technological University of the Philippines
University of Asia and the Pacific

- i don't think there is any instance where one entrance exam taker is exempted from paying the fee

however

all PUP Laboratory High School graduates are exempted from taking the entrance exam; they can enroll in any college they want to provided they meet the specific college criteria (high school average, grade in english, grade in math, passed the interview, etc)...
