Hi. I was employed by convergys makati last 2006 and i got a JO for convergys cebu yesterday. Will they find out about my previous employment in their Makati site? They ask me to fill out references, your replies are very much appreciated thanks!

It would be safe to assume they will - this is only one company, after all - unless their employee database is separated per site, then you're safe. Your character references will the basis for the background check, which leads me to suggest not to include anyone from convergys, else, you're digging your own grave.

I believe they are keeping files of their previous employees and its on a database where any of their site can access. It'll be safer for you to disclose it to them. 6 na taon lang po yan kung 2006. Chances are hindi pa nila binubura yun kahit AWOL ka or more if your resigned properly.
