Both of these properties are located in Cavite.
Fairgrounds is at the back of SM Molino, while Camella Pristina is along Buhay na Tubig road.
What are your thoughts guys? thanks

with any lowcost development projects, the key here is mag bantay during construction, because for sure, madami sira ang kakalabasan ng house. This goes the same with Masaito, wala naman perfect developers, because for one thing hinde rin nila nababantayan mga contractors na gumagawa ng house mo.
When it comes to convenience I prefer masaito housing over Camella, nearest sa Alabang and 1 ride fx from SM MOA to SM Molino, so anjan sa sm molino area halos lahat ng mga terminals. Mas madali mo to ma inspect.
There are already RFO units in Masaito, some are repossessed units and some are in rfo complete stage, if you need help on Masaito inventory and pricelist, just send me a PM
Ask ko lang po bakit sa Masaito may titling fee na 100000php dun sa computation na binigay nla sakin, but sa camella *** dw pong ganon according to the agent. is that true?
pag bank financing meron talaga title transfer fee yung Developer. Pero pag in house wala,baka yan ang na quote sayo sa Camella that means naka name parin sa developer yung title, pag ikaw na nag asikaso nun mas mura na title transfer coz you'll do it on your own.
