Batch Run 1 Results are out!....How to Prerog guys?

I just want to everyone how to prerog.

I'm just readying my myself in case that I will not be able to reach the required units even after the 2nd round of Batch run.

Here are my desired subjects:

2 MST's - w/c obviously magiging madugo
Math 55

I mean, san ako magsisimula. May kukunin bang form sa home college? ... So, on and so forth. Patulong **** po! Thanks!

Pero kung decided ka na talaga na magpeprerog ka.

1. Print Form 5a.
2. Pa-preadvise sa adviser. Sabihin mo sa kanya kung ano ang gusto mong subjects.
3. Go out there. Sa kaso mo, pilipinas, Mandarin 10 is offered by the Linguistics dept. Tapos MSTs are given in College of Science or wherever. Tapos Math 55 ay sa Math Building.
4. Plan. May schedules ang prerogs sa Tricoll subjects.
5. Proceed with the rest of the enrollment process.

Tricoll subjects = subjects na offered ng CAL, CSSP at CS. In your case, LAHAT! Sa enrollment, take note of the Tricoll schedule. Nasa homepage naman siya ng CRS usually.

How to prerog? Camp outside the teacher's classroom or faculty room and beg. Yun lang. Kaya nga pre-rog eh, as in teacher's "prerogative" kung tatanggapin ka niya.

One of the reasons I shifted to one of the tri-colleges was to get away from the hardship and sometimes the humiliation of "prerogs". I had friends who would take 2 weeks after classes have started just to fill-up their Form 5s. That was back in the Pleistocene/pre-CRS. Kids these days kung magreklamo kapag down ang CRS website. Kung nakita niyo noon ang mga pila at crowds sa Math Bldg. at CS Pav during STS at Math enlistments.

Meron din na papasayawin ka o tatanungin ka ng mga trivias, at lahat na ng kabalbalan na maisip ng prof na paggawin sa iyo

Sa PE naman may naging prof ako na ang sistema sa prerog ay babalasahin lahat ng IDs tapos ang mga lucky na mabubunot, pasok na!

Pleistocene talaga? In fairness, naranasan ko rin naman na ang benefits ng CRS, pero naabutan ko pa rin din naman ang pila/prerog nightmares.

^Uso pa noon gumawa ng ad hoc sig sheets for petitions to open extra sections kapag nagkaubusan ng slots. Tapos pinopost sa door ng classroms. Tapos kapag may nakita na RA na may dalang clipboard, takbuhan na para mauna sa pila.

Hahaha. Naranasan ko yan sa AS dati. Dumating ako mga 4AM yata nun, di pa rin yata ako umabot dun sa top 10 dun sa sign-up sheet.

Buti I got 18u na. Ayoko na maranasan what i experienced last year. GRABE halos mag-quit na ko sa 3u na binigay ng CRS, the fact na sophomore lang ako nun and di pa ko sanay sa prerog. Bwisit na MSTs yan HAHAHA
