Siguro kung saan-saan lugar na kayo nakarating base sa mga pics you guys are posting. Ako Pinas at Singapore pa lang but thankful na ako kasi sa bansa pa lang natin dami ng view na mapagmamalaki. Hopefully, makapunta rin ng ibang place in the near future

btw beginner lang ako first camera ko is d5000 worth it bang mag upgrade ngayon sa d90? obsolete na kasi sya eh since 2008 pasiya out sa market and by august daw maglabas and nikon ng upgrade model should i wait or go with d90 nalang?

Sa tingin mo ba madami kang gustong gawin with your present camera pero di kaya? As you said, beginner ka pa lang. Kung sa tingin mo, na-exceed mo na kakayahan ng camera mo, go for it.

Mas wise mag invest sa lenses kaysa sa body.

Well kapatid, if you have the money to burn, then buy the latest and greatest camera . Pero na achieve mo na ba yung mga dapat mong matutunan as a beginner? Have you exhausted the capabilities of your camera? If you think you can't expand your skill with your current unit then you should of course buy the camera that would fit your requirements and skills. Tapos benta mo sa akin yang old unit mo at an extremely discounted price hehehe. D3000 lang kasi unit ko e.

kung may pera ka pang bili.cge buy mo na.pero mas problemahin mo muna yung skills mo hindi yung kung obsolete naba yung gamit mo etc. Lens,Skills and settings ang nagpapaganda sa pictures hindi yung body =)

Hey, if buying that D90 will get you excited and motivate you to go out more and take more photos, then by all means get it. If you're a gear head like me, part of the enjoyment of photography is the getting new toys

After several attempts at post processing the RAW image, i came up with this. Waaah madaming trial and error with Luminance Masks to achieve this

Here's what the unprocessed photo looks like:

Oh well i am still not happy with the result but it is passable. Might as well reprocess it again. One photographer says there will be a lot of painful trial and errors before one can master luminance masking. Argh!
