How to book Seat Sale on Cebu Pac/Air Phil with no credit cards?

Sorry..I'm a little inexperience with Phils banking system online and offline. When I was in China for 3years mabilis lang gamitin Alipay nila. Para syang better version of paypal.

Anyways... re the zero fare, piso far and other promo fares ng budget airlines natin sa Pinas.. how do u secure the payment without credit cards? Even jetstar has offline payments in Singapore and Australia wherein u can avail of their buy one get one promo. Book and pay at seven eleven within 48hrs. (In singapore)

I saw in Cebu Pac sites pwede ATM, Online banking with some banks. Can someone shed some light re the ATM transaction sa BDO? Pwede ba to for zero fare and piso fare?

pag cebu pac pwedeng over the counter, pagka book mo i select mo yun bank payment. pwede yan sa BdO, robinson's bank. you just need to pay within the day. kaya most of us nagbo-book ng madaling araw para we have at least until 6pm to pay sa bdo or longer kung sa malls ka magbabayad.

i haven't tried sa atm, bancnet account ata kailangan.
