    Mangyayari sa katawan mo eh
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ketosis

Oo best way to cut nga pero should not be prolonged. Also not advisable for people who think much for work hehehe. Wawa brain mo.. XD

Also diets that makes people cranky/on edge as per consensus. Inde naman gutom pero ayun parang bad trip lagi hehehe

You will crave for carbs during your induction phase.

Tipong: That awkward moment when you realize that you are window-shopping at Breadtalk.

Its hard and in the long runs gets less effective due to the inability to stick with the diet

I think taking carb blockers could help. Especially for ladies, as we tend to crave a lot for sweets! What do you think of A!life Control?

low carb diet yes. no-carb diet no. we shouldn't eliminate all carbs. i use the palm of my hand to measure my carb portions.
i believe lasting weight loss is just a byproduct of a healthy lifestyle. hindi dapat mainit ang ulo sa diet dahil sa starving/carb cravings. losing weight should be fun

If you're just starting for weight loss, replace rice with whole wheat, high fiber bread. Don't always skip rice, though. I mean, rice is pretty good for breakfast, just be sure to use the energy you get from it and you shouldn't gain weight from it. Also, fill your cravings with vegetables and fruits.

Once you get used to this diet, you wouldn't even think about whether this has low-carb or not simply because it's making you lose weight without making you crave anything at all and it will almost certainly prevent hunger pangs since veggies take more time to digest than rice and fruits have water in them.

Also, increase water intake to at least 16 glasses per day. The best way to go about this is to drink 4-6 glasses before breakfast (20 minutes before) and 2 glasses before and after lunch then drink a glass or two before you sleep. Other than this, drink whenever you're able to. It'll not only make you less likely to crave food, it'll also help wash out toxins which, in effect, will help you digest better and burn calories faster.

panu nga ba? nawala sa shape katawan ko. hindi ako nakakapagwork out dahil walang energy. And since wala halos carbs system ko , walang nadidigest.

I've tried both keto and low carb low fat diets. parehas aku may energy to wo and it both positively affected my shape.

idk why it negatively affected your shape. maybe mali ginawa mong diet?

parang starvation na rin kasi ginawa ko nun. Wala rin ako masyado kinakain and ilang calories a day lang na tipong parang anorexic. I've lost a lot of weight ang ok tingnan pag nakadamit pero nawala shape ng katawan ko and pati muscles na pinaghirapan ko parang nawala. Ngayon ok na naman.

Just because your not eating carbs doesn't mean you have to starve yourself

Actually, Inducing ketosis is great for cutting. Most effective in preserving lean body mass while losing fat. Read The Ketogenic Diet by Lyle Mcdonald if you're interested. No harm in trying. Just do a carb up day once a week to keep you sane if you're in a low carb/keto diet.

unnecessary. i've used this with great success before but it's simply not needed to lose fat. maybe it will help when you're relatively lean already and trying to getting down to single digit bodyfat.

You can do that by resetting your appetite. I haven't had rice for a 2 months straight and I went from 36in to 33in waistline.. My coworkers told me how visible my physical changes are. And the best part is I don't lose any muscle while I lose fats. NO CRAVINGS!!

i guess you're still lifting weights while on no carbs diet? Right?

I assume the the TS is asking for the objective of weight loss.

I would prefer to categorically say
    ZERO med-high glycemic carbs
ONLY low glycemic carbs (leafy veggies)

The effect is practically the same as NO CARB.

And of course, the cheat day.
today is my cheat day. 27 scoops of ice cream. hehehe yum.
