Requirements:
* At least 6 months Call Center experience either Technical or Customer Service (Voice)
* Technical Troubleshooting skills required
* At least a HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATE
* Excellent English communication skills
* Advantage if the candidate has knowledge of Mac products
* Fresh graduates of computer-related courses are encouraged to apply
* Experience with Australian accounts an advantage
* Excellent customer service orientation
* Willing to work in Ortigas
