best water proofing for firewall, Toilets and roof deck with water tank

Hello just want to ask what is the best water proofing for firewall, toilets and roof deck with water tank..My Architect wants to use waterproofing membrane, what are the disadvantage against other water proofing materials i would need around 90-100sqm. Thanks in advance

yes, i can send you a quotation for 80sqm. i would just assume that would all be 80sqm of embedded/sandwich type.

but better still if you can please itemize the size area per:
firewall?
toilets?
roof deck?

for the firewall, i'd recommend polyurethane (pu) white paint to reflect heat.
but you can also choose green or gray.
for the toilet, that is embedded pu membrane.
for the roof deck, your choice would be embedded pu membrane, or exposed pu membrane system.

the embedded type requires concrete topping plus subsequent tiling works.
the exposed pu membrane system becomes the finish itself, and will save you the cost of tiling works.

and your project is in sta rosa right? is it on-going already?
or still at planning stage?
