    Weight Loss Challenger - Help!

Hi! Ako pala si Mark. 20 yrs old and 5'6. Kasali po ako sa isang Weight Loss Challenge. Around 2 weeks na din ang nakalipas at so far, -17 lbs na ako so around mga 7.7 kgs. Gusto ko kasi sana manalo pero in a healthy way.

    Week 1:

    Weight: 202 lbs
    Bodyfat: 30.7%
    Waistline: 40

    This week:

    Weight: 185 lbs
    Bodyfat: 27%
    Waistline: 38

2 Years na din ako nag-woworkout at nagbabasa din ako nang article about fitness and programs.

Target ko kasi 165 lbs in June 9 (around 2 weeks from now).

get a liposuction with belo you'd probably lose about 5-10lbs, then wax all your hair, that would give a pound, cut your nails really short, then dont drink or eat water 2-3 days before the weight in. There youll reach your target 20lbs in 2 weeks

Do you get the point on what were all trying to say? if not then go on with what you want to do

    you're asking for a miracle.
As the physically weak man can make himself strong by careful and patient training, so the man of weak thoughts can make them strong by exercising himself in right thinking.

Haha, the best way to win these contests is to game the initial weigh in. Don't poo the day of the weigh in, eat a huge salty meal and drink lots of water before stepping on to the scale. That should be good for 5-10lbs of poo/food/water weight you can drop easily with no health risks.

    Sadly true sinabi ni KillerChix.

Losing more than 1 kg a week is not considered healhty by some. Besides if you lose weight to fast you will see so much sagging. If you really want to win this, this will be the consequence.

Too bad, I was not able to do this. Last month na ng weight-loss challenge namin.

Lost 9lbs in 2 months. Not bad.

    Share ko lang:

Game plan: Count calories (without starving myself) plus exercise.

    Tools:

skimble's Work-out trainer <--- android app that i downloaded. nice variety of exercises that you can do in less than an hour. free (but there is the pro version for a fee)

www.myfitnesspal.com <--- i list down the food that i eat and my work-out everyday. If my calorie count is between my BMR and TDEE then im a happy patootie.

you dont really need a smartphone to tell you about the caloires youve eaten.. specially if filipno food theres no adobong baboy in the calorie counter.. you can learn to estimate food as you go on just practice

2 weeks of Atkins can make you lose weight around 8-10lbs in their induction phase. Some people even reported 14lbs. But, most of the weight are water. You'll gain it back once you resume to your regular meals. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Atkins as it is too stressful for your body. Continuing this diet for long term can make you lose your hair and strip you of vital vitamins and minerals.

Diet and exercise is always the best approach. You'll look more attractive this way rather than reducing yourself to a skinny fat person.
