    Not doing anything at work.

    Hello mga peeps,

Pwede ba kayo magsuggest ng pwedeng gawin? Eto ang scenario: My boss told me that our big project will be on hold and he's gonna be in a business trip for 2 weeks, so I will have nothing to do for 2 weeks, I'll just sit in my desk, and stare at my computer. 2 weeks for 8 hours a day, 8am to 5 pm. Hindi naman kasi pwedeng mag install ng games kasi baka may makakita sakin na ibang tao sa ibang department, and not going to work is not an option, naisip ko na rin kumuha ng free lance work kaso money is not an issue for me at the moment, naisip ko na rin mag-aral ng mga bagay na related sa field ko na baka hindi ko pa alam, but I just want to relax and not to think about work.

Just use your VLs or aral ka na lang something new sa field mo.

Depende sa nature/field of work mo.

    For example:

    1. Hanap ng conferences/trainings/seminars na maybe I need in my career. Aabsent ka at agastos ka nga lang, pero worth it since may time ka.
    2. Internet. Search for forums na related sa work/career mo. Download ebooks, magbasa, mag-aral. Practice. Study different codes (engineering related), etc.
Two weeks is more than enough, maybe.

Esep esep.

I just want to relax and not to think about work."

pero sayang talaga time mo. you can use it add some thing about yourself.

    2. surf the internet magbasa ka ng mga bagay na na-set aside mo before like reading about finance. or maybe read about comic characters sa wiki, before kasi nung hindi pa ulit ako nag-collect ng comics dun ko lang kinukuha. or even read about personality development that can help you in your work and life in general.

    3. magdala ng reading materials na hindi mo pa nababasa like harry potter series or the like. even borrow or but books that can help you in your personal life.

the best ay pumasok ka, mag log in, after that forever break.... Mag mall ka, pwede din mag gym or matulog (if may nap area kayo) then mag alarm ka na lang ng mga 4pm para bumalik sa station mo. spend 1 hr reading and yung mga emails na dumating. Then at 5pm LOG out! heheh sarap ng buhay!

After one week, binigyan ako ng maraming work to the point na kahit weekend nagtatrabaho ako. So ngayon, di ako nagrereklamo.

I know i can read books, read and study something related to my field, etc. You know what I'm saying. Hindi rin ako tamad, I've been working so hard for past few months, ang dami kong project na natapos. kaya gusto rin ako ng company.
