We are accredited to different banks like BDO, UCPB, Union Bank, RCBC, BPI, Robinson's Bank, Eastwest Bank. The prevailing rates ranges from 9.25%, 9.5%, 10% per annum. You can avail 5, 10, 15 year term and bank accept balloon payment or lump sum payment which will be credited to the principal loan amount (diminishing balance).

Our company is a one-stop shop and worry free-service. We offer free design and estimate, construction loan assistant bridge financing, & other leg works pertaining to house construction. We have 1 year warranty to all materials that we use, 15 years accountability on structure, 1... year termite control and free consultation for the interior designing.
