Canadian Govt. make rules and regulation more stick for students due to increase the numbers of students in Canada.
So think you have to face many difficulties in getting desire study visa. Also new tests are need to pass to get study visa.

IVC *** consultant. Post-diploma *** kurso. Post-diploma in health and social care mgmt. Di ako sureah, pero may bagong guidelines ang canada para sa mga international students na mag-aapply next year. Nakita ko lang sa isang forum sa canadavisa.com. Dun na rin ako ng popost. Goodluck din sayo.

    Post

    hello. 1st post

thinking of applying for a canadian student visa. in my opinion, this is my best option since I dont have relevant work experience to be qualified for immigrant or any working visa. getting info online is my 1st progress. I plan to attend seminars and orientations to get more info though.

I'd like to post some questions, if some of you would be so kind to answer:

    1. can you recommend a province / city as to where best to look for colleges/universities?
I've already visited several websites including educationau-incanada.ca, cic.gc.ca, etc.......
but I totally have no idea about which is which in Canada, as I presently have no close relatives there (both my parents are in California US, so the nearest would be the B.C. province, but I'd prefer provinces that have low tuition fee, low cost of living, w/ Filipino community, easy to get whatever kind of job)

    2. What course should I take? yung mga diploma ba or certificate na 2 yrs? takot ako sa mga masters,
can it be any course or should it be related to my college degree here in Phils? I finished AB Psychology afterwhich I took postgrad certificate courses in SPED (Special Education) and CPE (cert. in professional Education). and all these was way back early 2000. ano kaya magandang course na pagkatapos maganda din chances of getting employed...

    3. will I have to undergo entrance exams online? or something

    4. is IELTS required in most schools? should I start taking review classes for IELTS now?

    5. is it true that in Canada, colleges are cheaper than universities? magkano kaya usual o average tuition fee?

    6. in applying for the visa, is it true that we dont need to go to the embassy for personal appearance?

    7. may medical exam pa ba? ano ba coverage ng medical exam? the basics lang?

    8. can I bring along my son and husband?

    9. what are some reasons for a student visa to be disapproved?

hope you guys dont find my questions irritating............
