Responsibilities:
24x7 operations but peak will be in the morning shift. Minimal staffing during the night.
Customer Care Specialists provide excellent customer service by phone, email or chat for one of the world's largest accounts.
Provide value to the customer by being responsible for the provision of service and sales solutions in an effective and efficient manner.
Transform sales/service inquiries into enhanced customer relationships.

Qualifications:
College graduate of any course
High school graduates are welcome to apply
Excellent English communication skills
Proficient in the use of computers and internet applications
Willing to work in a schedule-shifting environment, including graveyard, holiday and weekend shifts
Experience in up-selling and cross-selling is an advantage
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
