Responsibilities:

• 24x7 operations but peak will be in the morning shift. Minimal staffing during the night.
• Customer Care Specialists provide excellent customer service by phone, email or chat for one of the world's largest accounts.
• Provide value to the customer by being responsible for the provision of service and sales solutions in an effective and efficient manner.
• Transform sales/service inquiries into enhanced customer relationships.
• Describes customer channels & products.

Qualifications:
• College graduate of any course
• High school graduates are welcome to apply
• Excellent English communication skills
• Proficient in the use of computers and internet applications
• Willing to work in a schedule-shifting environment, including graveyard, holiday and weekend shifts
• Experience in up-selling and cross-selling is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Premium pay is offered to candidates with previous international contact center experience
