2 months work should i put it in resume??

I just need an advice if i should put this last work experience i have from
a financial service company. I only stayed there for two months
because i was force resign by an officer due to the fact na di ako
nakapasa sa mataas na standard ng performace evaluation nila.

Pero every time i explain this to the company i am applying for
parang ito yung nagiging reason para di ako matanggap since if
di ko naman siya ilalagay sa resume i will have A year employment gap
na since di agad ako naghanap ng work after ko ma force resign.

Having employment gap naman ay ayaw ng mga HR.

    1. Never tell any interviewer that you failed any test from X Company.
    2. You can just say "Personal reasons" kung bakit hindi ka naghanap agad ng work. May law ba na dapat lahat ng tao may work palagi?
    3. Kapag nilagay mo yung 2 months work, unang tanong eh bakit 2 months *** at bakit ka umalis o natanggal sa trabaho, kung kaya mong sagutin yan at feeling mo ay okay ang magiging sagot mo sa mata ng interviewer, then do it.

    Just my 2 cents.

jnyarop is correct. never tell the interviewer you failed or not meet the standards of the company. ako 6 months *** ako sa 1st work ko and I always tell the interviewer my reasons are:

    1. change of field
    2. location nun work

    delete...........

Ahh.. i didn't know na di pala okay
sabihin ang di pagpasa sa performance evaluation.
(since i'm not also good in explaining those reasons)
Kaya pala kasi i've been in a lot of Final interviews
pero panay narereject ako sa last stage na.
I keep on passing a lot of hard exams by different
well known company but when the final interview comes
di na ako natatanggap because of my work experience.
    That makes me loose hopes..

Now i know what i should do.
    Thanks for the advices.

No. huwag mo na ilagay. though okay lang din kung magaling ka mag-explain.. for me lang kasi if it's less than 6 months, or sige 3 months, parang hindi considered na employment.. parang tinitrain ka pa lang nun..

hmn.. hindi naman sa ayaw nila.. nasa way mo yun ng pag-explain.. twice na ako nagka-1-year gap and nung nagapply ako hindi naman ako nahirapan.. gandahan mo na lang reason mo kung bakit di ka muna nagwork.. lagi ko sinasabi, and totoo din naman, and i took a 1 year career break so i could travel a lot while doing some small projects and freelance jobs..

What do you mean delayed sir??
You mean may employment gap ka na 1 year pero di mo sinabi??
pwede ba yun malalaman sa resume yun di ba..

Do not include the 2 months work experience as this will just raise questions, which you already experienced.

How to explain the gap? Come up with a believable story, like, you need to resign to take care of personal matters in the province. There's no need to explain this further, it's too personal for HR to ask.

follow up question in relation sa tanong ni TS..

I'm on my 4th month now sa new company and I wanted to resign... reason ko is i'm no longer happy with it, management is not really good and the company is losing revenues to a point na sobrang nagtitipid na sila at nag bibigay na ng retrenchment.

should i include that? knowing na it's a voluntary move on my part to cessate my employment with this company?

    TIA!

    1. Start finding a new job right now.

If you find another job, you don't have to quit, and you can put the 4 months experience if that happens.

Does family business is a negative to resume??
even if i handle a postion naman na related sa work experience ko but
i didn't put it in my resume and only by explanation sa employment gap ko.
kasi i encounter a HR manager said to me na ang bait ko daw to help my family..
then ayun di na ako pinaproceed sa next step na..

In my opinion, if it is really related to your field, put it on your resume. you don't always have to say that it is owned by your family as long as you have the company name and paper work, right?

personal reasons? vacation leave cause you need a break? study? just don't say negative things that will affect your application like "its hard to find a job".

well di naman siya company medium business lang (medyo di kasi siya small)..
and the business have our surname so mahirap siya i deny na family business..
i don't know if i should put it in resume or should i make it as kind of
    freelance work???

as i expected. (na family business talaga with a surname).

how many years did you work for your family business again? if too long, then HR might think that your experience didn't grow at all or you just gained a little experience at the very least since the business is owned by your family. remember, even if you are a hard worker but you owned the business, people mightthink na "petix" ka lang, or you're just lucky, or you're kind to help your family, etc. depending on the interviewer.

imho, putting it in your resume doesn't affect your application so much, as long as you got the skills needed by the company, and if they think you're the one that they are looking for. personally, i will put it in my resume cause it is related to my skills, but don't make a big deal out of it.

Exclamation 1 MONTH JOB should be put in resume??

    hi!

nagwork ako sa isang malaking company, actually nagexpect ako talaga na maganda dun pati ang growth ng career, so after a month naging super stress na sa job and at the same time lack of resources pa ng company sa 1employee more than 2 ang magshare sa PC, with annoying bosses. nagdecide na ko umalis, then magpapasa na ko ng resignation wala yung boss ko, so ginawa ng mga kasama ko is iniwan sa table nya yung letter ko.

my problem is should I write it up on my resume? nagaapply na ko sa mga callcenters ngayon, mahigpit ba sila when it comes to background check?

    thanks! pls kindly help!
