House and lot vs condominium property, which is better in terms of...?

Any condo in the heart of the Metro will surely appreciate in value. You can, in the future, either rent it out or sell it, and you don't have to worry about your equity.

The question though is: What type of condo do you prefer? High rise or Mid rise condominium? RFO or Pre- selling?

You need to answer those first before you can actually choose. In this type of undertaking, you need to narrow down the process for ease.

I can, however, suggest you to invest in pre- sold condos just because they're cheaper and there are benefits in it. (like having the privilege to choose your unit location) DMCI Homes has new project developments that will surely captivate your senses: Zinnia Towers, Rhapsody Residences & The Amaryllis.

I would like to know ms. annem the price range of the condo units in the mentioned developments. Also, include the reservation process. I, honestly, fell in love with Zinnia Towers. Larger spaces, green architecture and Lumiventt Design Technology made it for me.

I am a homeowner of a condo unit at Cypress Towers, a DMCI Homes development, for almost two years and the contentment never stops. I have, in time, discover a lot of good thing about the building's developer, and I am thrilled to expand my investment in its new project, The Amaryllis located at Quezon City. Also, you get to enjoy its amenities that most house and lots don't possess.

Ako, tingin ko marami pa rin ang pipili ng bahay at lupa kasi iyon ang nakasanayan. Custom ba. Pero nagbago na kasi ang panahon at habang umuusad, mas nagiging moderno ang pamumuhay natin. Nasasabi ko 'to kasi naranasan kong mag- stay sa condo ng girlfriend ko for a week sa Cypress Towers, Taguig City, developed by DMCI Homes. Napa- wow lang ako. Ang ganda kasi ng skyline ng Manila. Ang romantic!

Natutuwa akong malaman na sa one- week stay mo sa condo ay nakita mo na kung anu- ano ang mga benefits nito. Syempre, 'di talaga mawawala ang sky lounge na bukas para makita ang magandang view ng skyline. 'Di ito karaniwang mararanasan sa isang bahay, kaya isang edge ito ng condo. Isa pa, mahigpit ang seguridad at maraming amenities gaya ng cycling paths, pools, club house, playground, gym, etc. Kung decided at convinced ka na sa sarili mo na maganda ang bumili ng condo unit, 'wag nang mag- atubiling pumili sa DMCI Homes.

My first choice actually is to buy a house and lot but then it changed until I read a great review about this new property development of DMCI in Quezon City named Zinnia Towers. Nakita ko na mas malaki ang matitipid kapag bumili ako ng unit sa Zinnia kumpara sa pagbili ng sarili kong bahay at lupa sa isang subdivision area. Bukod ‘dun, nakita ko rin ang posibilidad na pwede akong kumita, and that is by renting the property to other tenants.

Well, of course, home buyers have different reasons on acquiring either a condo or a house and lot. And like what you have said, condo acquisition is more economical, since home improvement is a minor activity, maintenance is done for you, security is provided, and you can, at any time of the day, enjoy its amenities, which aren't always present in house and lots. Would you believe that I did reserve too a unit in Zinnia Towers, so that means we're neighbors.

I believe that condominiums will sell more, known that condo acquisition nowadays is on trend, and is deemed much practical. Isa pa, less home improvement and selling strategies ang kailangan.

Depende sa home buyer 'yan. Personally, I want a house and lot, but since I'm working in the city, and most of the things that make me satisfied and entertained are here, nag- condo ako. Bumili ako ng unit sa Cypress Towers and Rhapsody Residences, na parehong nanggaling sa DMCI Homes.

It depends sa lifestyle at preference ng tao. Kasi ako, feel ko, mas flexible sa condo, kasi you don't only get to experience the city activities, but also, enjoy the goodness in condo living. Wala kasing amenities sa typical house and lot, unless marami kang pera to provide yourself with such. I'm currently staying in a DMCI Homes development.
