    House and lot vs condominium property, which is better in terms of...?

    There are past reviews about the concept of having either a house and lot or condo as better type of property investment. This is the question: If you plan to prepare either of said properties for selling, which one will gain that quick selling ability? If you things that might help re-sell either of the property fast fell free to leave it. Thanks!

    I believe that condominiums will sell more. It's often mistaken by people how condo living isn't considered home owning. Well, it is. Plus, condo acquisition is the latest trend.

    I would go to condominiums. Though many of us prefer to have our house and lot, a condo can still be a good choice. Buying a house is a lot more expensive than buying a condo, plus with all the services we get from owning a condo such as the security and the maintenance, condo is really a practical choice. Especially with this busy and tiring form of life.

    I do believe that because of many things to enjoy in a condominium such as high class amenities as well the building features that get the attention of home buyers for sure that it has more chance of being sold in a short period of time.

    Since I'm living in the province I prefer a house and lot. Well, I think this shows that the location matters when it comes to having a property. Condos might be a good choice if we are on urban places but for rural places like in the province I would prefer a house and lot.

    Nowadays, many people are looking forward to experience the life in the city. And those people from the province are mostly choosing condominiums because of its accessibility to different places as well as the amenities and building features that it offer to people.

    My first choice actually is to buy a house and lot but then it changed until I read a great review about this new property development of DMCI in Quezon City named Zinnia Towers. Nakita ko na mas malaki ang matitipid kapag bumili ako ng unit sa Zinnia kumpara sa pagbili ng sarili kong bahay at lupa sa isang subdivision area. Bukod ‘dun, nakita ko rin ang posibilidad na pwede akong kumita, and that is by renting the property to other tenants.

    In terms of fast selling ability, condominiums win. Reason is especially influenced in terms of its location. Almost all house and lots are situated from afar reducing the ease of access to prime hubs unlike in condominiums, they're only minutes away, and that makes a big difference.

    You're right. Proximity is one of the biggest considerations people make when buying a home (house and lot or condo). Since condos are strategically located in the metro, access to malls, commercial establishments, entertainment ares, schools, and hospitals is trouble- free.

    PS. I clicked your link you've provided regarding Zinnia Towers. As I was reading through its features, I found out that it will be utilizing Lumiventt Design Technology. Can you explain this further to me? Thank you.

    You're certainly right. Location has a big influence to a home buyer's decision.

    Since most people go to the metro for work, they usually end up desiring to live in condominiums because of the benefits it provide. One of which is proximity. It gives people access to their activities in the city.

    Just like me. I'm from Laguna. I used to travel 2-3 hours just to get to the workplace. I'm telling you, the routine is tiring and stressful. Plus, whenever my boss asked me to stay over time, going home becomes a principal problem as commuting at night is very difficult, and dangerous as well. After 2 years of discomfort, I've decided to buy a condo, and definitely, it is one of the most successful decisions I had made. I am planning to buy another condo situated in Quezon City to move my parents and sibling in. The project is really amazing and it has all what I'm looking for in a quality home. The Amaryllis is the name of the development. Have you heard of it?

Mas bumibilis din. At sa ganitong set- up, dapat una sa listahan natin ang comfort. Kabilang ako sa middle- classed community at ang pagbili ng condo ay sadyang 'di isang biro. Ngayon, para ma- achieve mo ang isang moderno o 'yung tinatawag na contemporary house gaya na lang ng bahay ni Paris Hilton, kakailanganin mo talaga ng malaking halaga. Aabutin ka pa ng maraming taon para makapagpatayo 'nun. Pero sa condo, down payment ka lang at ready to occupy ka na. Naranasan mo pa kahit konte ang mala- Paris Hilton vibe na space. 'San ka pa? Nasasabi ko 'to kasi naranasan kong mag- stay sa condo ng girlfriend ko for a week sa Cypress Towers, Taguig City, developed by DMCI Homes. Napa- wow lang ako. Ang ganda kasi ng skyline ng Manila. Ang romantic!

    It solely depends on the buyer's lifestyle. Just like I. This has also been my concern when I moved in to Manila. And I realized that condo is sensible and more practical, because I don't have to travel a long 2- hr drive anymore, thus saving me more time for other things. Another thing is that I'm not always at home. Because of the community's security, I don't worry at all, plus, I am also entitled to enjoy their amenities. I almost forgot, I'm living the best life here in Cypress Towers, a DMCI Homes development.

    Any condo in the heart of the Metro will surely appreciate in value. You can, in the future, either rent it out or sell it, and you don't have to worry about your equity.

    The question though is: What type of condo do you prefer? High rise or Mid rise condominium? RFO or Pre- selling?

    You need to answer those first before you can actually choose. In this type of undertaking, you need to narrow down the process for ease.

    I can, however, suggest you to invest in pre- sold condos just because they're cheaper and there are benefits in it. (like having the privilege to choose your unit location) DMCI Homes has new project developments that will surely captivate your senses: Zinnia Towers, Rhapsody Residences & The Amaryllis.

    Biases aside, since I'm living in a condo unit at Cypress Towers, Taguig City (DMCI Homes built), I believe that in times like now, where everything seems in fast- paced condition, condo acquisition is advisable because of the following reasons: 1. Attractive location; 2. Contemporary Community; 3. Proximity; 4. Affordable; 5. Time and Convenience; etc.

    1. Get your condo listed on a popular real estate portal.
    2. Market your condo internationally.
    3. Provide high-definition photos.
