Diet to lower CREATININE level fast

Sir , I hope you can assist me, my creatinine level is high 157 and my Nephrologist told me to avoid ---pork and beef, and take 12 glasses of water a day. I am now a vegetarian....after a month my creatinine lowered to 145, nakukuha sa diet naman po, i hope , tuloy tuloy na. Can anyone assist me on this health problem through diet? Thank you very much po.

If those numbers are mg/dL, (1.57mg/dL->1.45mg/dL) yeah your levels are high.

What are your other symptoms? High blood pressure? Are you diabetic? Are you taking a creatine supplement?

    Edit:

    Recommend you read this: http://labtestsonline.org/understand...tinine/tab/faq

Do you train/lift currently? I know of a few people with elevated creatinine levels (~ 1.2mg/dL) from lifting and having high protein diets. No kidney problems.
