the only remaining step for the Chief Justice and his allies is to redirect the people's attention away from him and onto others. this has already started with his conditional waiver. malamang maghahanap rin yan ng mga baho ng mga senators, congressmen and most importantly, the president.

i see that other posters here have already started it for him. good job! har-har-har.

    which is more likely?

    scenario 1
the chief justice planned a 3 hours worth of speech to defend himself and attack his detractors, excuse himself from the proceedings to escape cross-examination, got blocked by superman JPE from exiting the senate, so pretended that he was sick from hypoglycemia, given a 24 hours chance to return to the senate so pretended again that he was sick from heart issues to escape cross-examination

    scenario 2
the chief justice had an unrehearsed opening statement, planned to stay for cross-examination but at the exact moment that his opening statement finished suddenly had hypoglycemia, he just had enough remaining strength to walk briskly out of the hall, after which he can no longer stand and must be placed on wheelchair, given a 24 hours chance to return to the senate but unfortunately he became critical with the possibility of having a heart attack right after recovering from his hypoglycemia.

i choose scenario 2. while it is a very unlikely chain of events that i only read in books and watch in movies, i have strong belief that an honest and upright Chief Justice cannot concoct such devious plans as what is implied in scenario 1. after all, he said it himself, wala syang itinatago, wala syang ginawang masama. sabi pa nga nya hindi sila nagaaircon dahil madali silang magkasakit sa lamig. i know of a place where the chief justice and his family can be assured of perpetual heat and warmth. and it's not the desert.

the chief justice pretended to be this and to be that...

damn people. check the lab tests. go to medical city. ask the doctors. ask anyone you know from that hospital.

mind you that the senate doctor was already directed by jpe to go to the medical city to check the condition of corona.

and when it was proven that yes it is true that corona suffered hypoglycemia and is now in a bad health condition, jpe got soften in the issue. he did not strike out the testimony of corona as he threatened yesterday, and he did postpone the trial when in fact yesterday there would be no postponement.

those who believe otherwise have serious mental faculties problem.

Ok. Congressmen, just stand up with a straight face and sign up the waivers!

  10. #50
... and i am finding it really ridiculous that people on the internet are claiming that chief justice is corrupt and has hidden wealth when in fact there is no evidence so far that shows there is hidden wealth.

how could there be evidence of hidden wealth? the impeachment court itself ruled that they will not accept any evidence that is trying to prove ill-gotten wealth.

sometimes you really wonder how stup!d some people can be.

  11. #51
sa tingin ko ang chance ni corona is to go through with his waiver without conditions... to show good faith that he has nothing to hide from the people pero sa oral argument ay sabihin ni cuevas na with the 189 not willing to sign the waiver just shows na no need naman talaga sa batas na i declare ang mga dollar deposits btw/ tama ba na yung sinabi ni babski kani sa IT na he/they are not required to show their bank deposits? dahil disastrous daw sa banking industry...

Drilon is stup!d. That is what the waiver is for. They have to waive their rights for privacy. That would mean that the banks cannot be liable from any criminal case. And that the rights of other depositors will remain private. How can that destroy the banking industry.

On the other hand, they [Drilon, biased senators, congressmen] insist on opening dollar accounts of corona even if there's no waiver from corona. That my friend clearly gives a chilling effect to the banking industry.

    Drilon is stup!d.

    which is more likely?

    scenario 1
the chief justice signed a waiver on the condition that all 188 congressmen and 1 senator sign as well all for the sake of truth and transparency. nevermind that he only challenged those who signed the impeachment complaint and a senator that is perceived to be biased against him and excluded the other congressmen and senators.

    scenario 2
the chief justice signed a waiver on the condition that all 188 congressman and 1 senator sign because he knows that at least 1 of those 189 people won't sign so his peso and dollar accounts will still surely be safe from public scrutiny, essentially redirecting the attention away from him and onto the 189.

also, senate didn't send docs to examine Chief Justice

    hehehehe

I think corona already has a disease before. May Diabetes and na heart attack na sya dati, right? Only a tsismosa will say na nagimbento lang sya ng sakit nya. He is already in the ICU not a regular ward. Do you think bayaran din ang doctors sa The Medical City? That the doctors are corrupt too? Tell it to the family of the doctors that their parents are corrupt and conniving with corona to falsify a medical bulletin, try nyo lang please.

kaya nga mas gusto ko sana na monday yung deadline sa kanya kasi wala namang senate session sa saturday at sunday so malamang malaki chance na naka recover na sya nyan by that time... kung hypoglycemia kasi pwedeng friday ok na pero kung heart related lalo nasa icu pa sya ngayun ay mukhang malabo sya makabalik sa friday... but i hope gumaling sya agad and if kaya nya sa friday ay upo sya ulit sa hotseat to show to the people na he has nothing to hide

They should check the SALNs of these 189 guys to see if any USD deposits were reported.
