okay. umamin na din si Serge Osmena sa mga kumpare ko. may "verdict" na sila long before they would even render a judgment on the matter.

"SURE VOTES" FOR CONVICTION, according to him:

    Osmena
    Drilon
    Recto
    Pangilinan
    Angara
    Guingona
    Allan Peter Cayetano
    Pia Cayetano
    Escudero
    Revilla
    Lapid
    Pimentel
    Lacson
    Trillanes

lintik ka Serge! isa ka ngang Lopez! kasing t@rantado ka nina Eugenio, Sr. and Fernando.

I'm still thinking those too who I highlight might go for acquittal

Based on his testimony yesterday his non-declaration of assets is bolstered, I won't be surprised if all 23 voted for conviction. How ever there is still a hanging question of "Is it an impeachable offense."

‏@MangPandoy: READ NOY's SALN: http://interaksyon.com/assets/images...meon-iii-c.pdf He says he has relatives working in government, but when asked to give the particulars, he said "N/A." Paano ba yan, impeachable ba ito? Non-disclosure of relatives? Kailangan ba ng waiver niyan?

In our political environment, those senator judges would also go for their affiliation. I hope they can see the evidences how it was presented.

then whats the use of the hearing bossing, they may vote inclined to their political affiliation but then the people would then judge them.....

i just hope they would explain why they voted as they will vote so that everyone would know their reasons

The people don't care about their votes, It doesn't matter if it is conviction or acquital. What is important is what is the reason of their votes. Para magkaalaman kung sino ang para sa katotohanan or sunod-sunuran lang sa party affiliation.

The CJ no longer has the moral authority to lead the Supreme Court. His testimony and antics can become a dangerous precedent in the courts. Testifying in narrative and quoting hearsay evidence, maligning people in open court, walking out. Can I emulate him and get away with it? Wee

    @MangPandoy

Non-disclosure of relatives is more grave than an inaccuracy in stating one's assets. R.A. 6713, Sec. 8(B) and Const. Art. VII, Sec. 13. "It shall be the duty of every public offl or empl. to identify & disclose, to the best of his knowledge & info, his relatives in the Govt."
