Based on his testimony yesterday his non-declaration of assets is bolstered, I won't be surprised if all 23 voted for conviction. How ever there is still a hanging question of "Is it an impeachable offense."

In our political environment, those senator judges would also go for their affiliation. I hope they can see the evidences how it was presented.

then whats the use of the hearing bossing, they may vote inclined to their political affiliation but then the people would then judge them.....

i just hope they would explain why they voted as they will vote so that everyone would know their reasons

The people don't care about their votes, It doesn't matter if it is conviction or acquital. What is important is what is the reason of their votes. Para magkaalaman kung sino ang para sa katotohanan or sunod-sunuran lang sa party affiliation.

Non-disclosure of relatives is more grave than an inaccuracy in stating one's assets. R.A. 6713, Sec. 8(B) and Const. Art. VII, Sec. 13. "It shall be the duty of every public offl or empl. to identify & disclose, to the best of his knowledge & info, his relatives in the Govt."
