it does not matter which Philippine university you go and graduate from, if/when you immigrate to States, Canada, UK or other commonweath countries, your post-secondary education does not count.

sad reality. it's either go back to highschool and graduate or take credit courses and retake your university degree. the bright side is, you will easily breeze through highschool.
